We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance for popular departures, especially during peak seasons (June–August, December). Some wildlife safari departures sell out 12 months ahead. Shorter city tours can often be booked 4–6 weeks in advance.

You may cancel up to 60 days before departure for a full refund. Cancellations 30–59 days prior receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days, deposits are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we can arrange for you.

International flights are not included in our standard tour prices unless explicitly stated. Prices cover land arrangements, accommodation, guided excursions, and meals as specified per tour. Our travel consultants can arrange competitive flights if required.

Absolutely. We specialise in bespoke group experiences for parties of 10 to 200+ travellers. Whether it's a corporate incentive trip to Japan, a team-building safari in Kenya, or a school expedition to Peru, our groups team can create a tailored experience. Yes! Solo travel is one of the fastest-growing segments of our business. We offer a solo traveller guarantee — if you're happy to share, we'll pair you with another solo traveller so you won't pay a single supplement. Alternatively, we offer solo-only departure dates on selected tours.

All our guides speak fluent English. Many also speak Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Mandarin, or Arabic depending on destination. If you require a specific language, please indicate this at booking and we will do our best to accommodate.
